Goodie Girl Gluten Free S’More
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Goodie Girl Gluten Free Quinoa Chocolate Chunk cookies
- 1 cup of chocolate ganache
- 1 package of large marshmallows
Directions:
- Spread ganache over desired amount of cookies.
- Place marshmallow on top of ganache. Use a kitchen torch to toast marshmallow on a clean metal pan. Top with another cookie if desired to create a marshmallow sandwich.
- Serve immediately.
