Nicole Kidman Always Knew She Would Adopt Kids

Nicole Kidman takes the cover of Vogue Australia‘s January 2017 issue, on newsstands Monday (December 19).

In the issue, the 49-year-old Lion star opened up about always knowing she was going to adopt children.

“Because I always knew I’d adopt, I just always wanted a child. I think from a very early age, I wanted a child. I knew that I was going to have a child and that it didn’t matter [how], I actually didn’t know if I was ever going to give birth to a child. So that was the least of it for me. And what I did first was adopt,” Nicole said.

Nicole and her ex Tom Cruise adopted Connor, now 21, and Isabella, now 23, when they were together. Nicole also has two kids with Keith Urban: Sunday, 8, and Faith, 5.
