Billie Lourd Has a Birthday Pool Party, Celebrates with Her Celeb Pals!

Billie Lourd had a fun-filled, rainbow themed birthday party over the weekend for her 25th birthday, which is today!

In attendance at the bash were her Scream Queens co-stars Emma Roberts and Colton Haynes, as well as her dad Bryan Lourd and his husband Bruce Bozzi.
