Kanye West Won't Perform at Coachella for This Reason

Negotiations for Kanye West to perform at the Coachella music festival in April have fallen through and he will no longer be in consideration for a headlining position, TMZ reports.

Apparently, the sticking point in the negotiations was that Kanye did not want to perform on a traditional 60×40 foot stage, and the producers of the festival will not allow for a different stage.

“These 40×60 stages are so archaic. It’s the same type of stage on which Shakespeare’s works were performed hundreds of years ago,” a Kanye source said.

So far, we do not know the lineup for the annual festival.
