Courteney Cox is giving Friends fans the best context ever!

The 54-year-old actress took to Instagram on Friday night (March 1) to share a video of fiance Johnny McDaid and a few friends moving a piece of furniture.

“Pivot! PIVOT!” Courteney yells while filming the move.

“Don’t scratch the walls,” Courteney says. “Pivot. PIVOT!”

As Friends fans remember, the phrase “Pivot” comes from the season five episode when Ross (David Schwimmer), Rachel (Jennifer Aniston), and Chandler (Matthew Perry) attempt to move a couch up a flight of stairs and Ross continues to scream “PIVOT!”
