Uber's New 'Quiet' Feature Will Make Riders Very Happy

There’s a new Uber feature being introduced that riders are definitely going to appreciate!

The “Quiet Mode” feature can be used by riders who want to have a silent trip rather than make small talk with their driver.

If you take a ride in an Uber Black or Uber Black SUV ride, you can select either the “Quiet preferred” or “Happy to chat” options when requesting a car. The feature is not yet available for Uber X and pool.

“If you need to respond to emails or are in the mood for a nap, make your trip a quieter one with just one tap. If you’re in the mood to chat, that’s an option too,” the company revealed in a post on their site.

More premium features that have been added are “temperature control” and “help with luggage” options.
