Katharine McPhee and her fiance David Foster leave a courthouse with papers in hand on Friday (May 17) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 35-year-old entertainer is currently on vacation from her run in the London production of the musical Waitress. It looks like she and David, 69, might be getting ready for their upcoming wedding!

Kat and David got engaged last year and she celebrated her upcoming nuptials at a surprise bachelorette party earlier this month, backstage at Waitress.
