Britney Spears' Sons Granted Restraining Order Against Grandfather Jamie Spears Amid Abuse Investigation
Britney Spears‘ two sons, Sean and Jayden, have been granted a restraining order against their grandfather, Jamie Spears.
After Kevin Federline, Britney‘s ex, filed a child abuse claim against Jamie, Kevin filed for a domestic violence restraining order on behalf of his kids as of Tuesday (September 3).
Jamie allegedly got into a physical altercation a week ago with Kevin and Britney‘s 13-year-old son, Sean. He allegedly broke down a door and “violently shook” the boy after an argument.
“We’re told the documents were filed in the ongoing custody case between the two, with a slew of stipulations put forth by Federline and his attorneys, and Britney‘s team agreed to all of the demands and terms of protection for the kids,” The Blast reported on the same day.
The documents “give Federline full legal custody of both boys,” and Britney will reportedly need her visits monitored. Jamie cannot be the monitor, but rather “another adult would be present, who has been approved by Federline and the court.”
Kevin will not have “around 90% physical custody” and Britney will not have overnight visits.
