'Frozen' Writers Add New Song to Touring Version of Stage Show
The stage version of Frozen is officially on tour in North America and a brand new song has been added for the touring company!
Disney just launched the tour in Schenectady, New York and Oscar-winning songwriter Kristen Anderson-Lopez has revealed a new song debuted on opening night this weekend.
“2nite we launch our Frozen tour and this will be the 1st audience to hear a NEW Anna and Elsa duet called ‘I Can’t Lose You,’” Kristen wrote on Twitter. “We were lucky enough to see Caroline Bowman and Caroline Innerbichler rehearse it and it gave us all the feels. Hope you guys enjoy it!”
Bowman is playing Elsa while Innerbichler is taking on the role of Anna. You can see photos of them in costume in the gallery.
The tour is currently running in upstate New York through November 24. The production will then move to Los Angles at the Pantages Theatre starting December 4.
