Katharine McPhee Returns to Broadway in 'Waitress' - See Pics!

Katharine McPhee has made her return to Broadway after an absence of more than a year!

The 35-year-old singer and actress took her opening night bow during her second run in the Broadway production of Waitress on Monday night (November 25) at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre in New York City.

Kat will be the final actress to play the lead role of Jenna on Broadway as the show will be closing its doors on January 5. She previously starred in the show from April 2018 through August 2018 and then went to London earlier this year to open the West End production.

“No matter how many times I step back into this show, the hours leading up to the first performance back always have a certain kind of magic. Live theater rocks. See ya tonight, kids 💙 @WaitressMusical,” she tweeted before the show.
