Ryan Seacrest kicked off his 2020 on Live with Kelly & Ryan by making it a memorable one – he fell off his chair on live television!

The 45-year-old TV personality and his co-host Kelly Ripa were welcoming everyone into 2020 and had balloons flying around the studio.

Ryan went to reach for one and it was just out of reach. Instead of properly grabbing it, he leaned back too far and fell totally out of his chair.

Ryan had Kelly freaked out for a second as she audibly yelled, “Oh my god!”
