Rose McIver & Ben Lamb Step Out For 'A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby' Screening

Rose McIver snaps a pic with her prince, Ben Lamb, inside the A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby screening held at Netflix HQ in Los Angeles on Monday night (December 2).

The two stars screened the third installment of the movie franchise with their co-stars, including Sarah Douglas, Theo Devaney, Tahirah Sharif, Joel McVeagh, Madra Ihegborow and Kevin Schen.

Netflix's 'Knight Before Christmas' Movie Includes a 'Christmas Prince' Easter Egg

It seems Netflix is building an entire universe with its Christmas movies!

The new film The Knight Before Christmas, starring Vanessa Hudgens and Josh Whitehouse, features an Easter Egg for the movie A Christmas Prince, starring Rose McIver and Ben Lamb.

The Christmas Prince franchise takes place in the fictional country Aldovia, though it’s an actual place that is referred to in The Knight Before Christmas.

Emmanuelle Chriqui plays the sister of Vanessa‘s character and while decorating her Christmas tree with her daughter, she picks up a decoration and says, “Your grandma and grandpa picked this up on their trip to Aldovia.”

Rose‘s Queen Amber and Ben‘s King Richard are the rulers of Aldovia and they’re going to have a baby in the upcoming third movie A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby. Watch the new trailer now!

Perhaps we’ll find out one day that Vanessa‘s character Brooke in The Knight Before Christmas is another lookalike from her other Netflix holiday movie The Princess Switch?!

Queen Amber is picture perfect in front of a beautiful Christmas tree in the new trailer for A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby.

In the upcoming movie, it’s Christmastime in Aldovia, and a royal baby is on the way! Queen Amber (Rose McIver) and King Richard (Ben Lamb) are getting ready to take some time off to prepare for their first child’s arrival, but first they have to host King Tai (Kevin Shen) and Queen Ming (Momo Yeung) of Penglia to renew a 600-year-old sacred truce.

But when the priceless treaty goes missing, peace is jeopardized and an ancient curse looms.

Amber will have to figure out who the thief is before the clock strikes midnight on Christmas Eve, for the safety of her family and the kingdom.

A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby premieres on December 5th on Netflix.

The John Schultz-directed Netflix film, which stars Rose McIver and Ben Lamb, launches globally on the streaming service on November 30.

In the movie, a year after Amber helped Richard secure the crown, the two are set to tie the knot in a royal Christmas wedding – but their plans are jeopardized when Amber finds herself second-guessing whether or not she’s cut out to be queen, and Richard is faced with a political crisis that threatens to tarnish not only the holiday season, but the future of the kingdom.

'A Christmas Prince' Is Getting a Sequel on Netflix!

A Christmas Prince is getting a sequel!

Netflix just announced that the fan-favorite holiday flick will be getting a follow-up film titled A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding.

The original movie, released in late 2017, followed a journalist who falls in love with the prince she is supposed to be writing about.

According to THR, the sequel will pick up a year after journalist Amber (Rose McIver) helps Prince Richard (Ben Lamb) secure the crown and is set to focus on the couple’s impending nuptials.

While Amber finds herself second-guessing whether or not she’s cut out to be queen, Richard is faced with a political crisis that threatens to tarnish not only the holiday season but the future of the kingdom.

The film has already begun shooting in Romania.

Netflix Throws Shade at Some Viewers of 'A Christmas Prince'

One of the new popular movies on Netflix is the holiday film A Christmas Prince, which has quickly gained a large legion of fans.

Netflix doesn’t often provide statistics about ratings or viewership, but the streaming service did reveal something interesting.

53 people have watched A Christmas Prince every day for the past 18 days and now Netflix is throwing some shade at those people!

“To the 53 people who’ve watched A Christmas Prince every day for the past 18 days: Who hurt you?” the Netflix social media team tweeted.

When a fan asked, “Why are you calling people out like that Netflix,” the account wrote back, “I just want to make sure you’re okay.”
