Ed Westwick is joined by other mercenaries while holding a group of rich kids hostage on an island in the trailer for his new movie Billionaire Ransom.

The 29-year-old actor stars alongside Jeremy Sumpter, Phoebe Tonkin, Dominic Sherwood, Elliot Knight, and Sebastian Koch in the film, being released in theaters and on demand on August 19.

The movie follows a group of over-privileged, out-of-control young adults who have been sent by their frustrated, billionaire parents to a tough-love wilderness school on a remote island off the coast of Scotland. Kyle (Sumpter) and Amy (Tonkin) find themselves in this group as a last opportunity for them to take responsibility for their own lives and abandon their reckless ways, or risk being disinherited. Suddenly, a group of mercenaries led by Billy Speck (Westwick) invade the island and hold the privileged lot hostage for the largest ransom in history: one billion dollars. When Kyle learns they are all to be killed even if the ransom is paid, their wilderness survival training is the only hope of outwitting the mercenaries and staying alive.

The 27-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-star Sebastian Koch and director Tom Hooper.

Alicia has just scored two 2016 Golden Globe nominations for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama for her role in The Danish Girl and Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for Ex Machina.

“I am truly thrilled and grateful to the HFPA for both of these wonderful nominations! To be considered amongst all these brilliant actresses and their outstanding performances is such an honour,” Alicia said in a statement. “Working on THE DANISH GIRL and EX MACHINA were such gifts in themselves, and for this to happen is all so exciting. Thank you.”

Diane Kruger hits the red carpet with her beau Joshua Jackson at the premiere of her new film The Galapagos Affair: Satan Came to Eden held during the 2014 Berlin International Film Festival on Monday (February 10) in Berlin, Germany.

The 37-year-old actress is one of many celebs who provided voiceover work for the documentary and she was joined at the premiere by her co-star Sebastian Koch.

Earlier in the day, Diane attended a photo call for her movie The Better Angels, another film of hers being premiered at the festival this week.

Bruce Willis and his wife Emma Heming hit the red carpet at the UK premiere of his new film A Good Day to Die Hard on Thursday (February 7) at the Empire Leicester Square in London, England.

The 57-year-old actor was joined by his co-stars Jai Courtney and Sebastian Koch at the event.

Bruce recently chatted with ABC News about gun violence in films.

“I know what happens when people pick up weapons and commit mass murder. That’s a very different thing than a piece of entertainment that is more like a roller coaster ride, where you get to experience the thrills and chills of almost being in a crash. Or almost going to fast with a car or almost flying off the rails,” Bruce said. “But we’re not making movies about mad men. It’s a difficult thing and I really feel bad for those families. I’m a father and this is just a tragedy. I don’t know how you legislate insanity though.”
