Harry Clarke follows a shy midwestern man leading an outrageous double life as the cocky Londoner Harry Clarke.

The 46-year-old actor is a longtime surfer and he will get to show off his skills in an upcoming movie called Breath, which he will soon start filming.

The film follows a “pair of teenagers in Western Australia looking to escape the monotony of life in a small town who take up surfing lessons from a guy named Sando.”

Simon Baker looks to be in great spirits while setting up shots on set of a new project on Friday (December 18) at Bronte Beach in Sydney, Australia.

The 46-year-old actor is likely working on his brand new adaptation of Tim Winton‘s novel, “Breath,” which he will also direct.

The movie follows two adventurous teenage surfers, whom they have yet to cast.

“For almost a year we’ve been searching for the boys,” Simon told the Sydney Morning Herald. “We’re close. I’m down to a handful of kids.”

Meanwhile, Simon will also star in the film as Sando, an older surfer who befriends the boys.

The 45-year-old Mentalist alum was joined on the carpet by his wife Rebecca Riggs.

Simon recently opened up about his desire to direct.

“I had been working towards wanting to direct when I signed on to The Mentalist. After I did The Guardian, I didn’t want to ever do TV again,” Simon told THR. “I didn’t think that I could handle that kind of grind. But when I signed on to The Mentalist, I made a very conscious decision to use it as a film school. We made 151 hours of TV and it’s sort of the speed dating of film production. You have to pull pieces together at high speed. You have to do the script development, you have to do casting, do location scouting. You are always working with different people. I directed as many of those as I could physically.”

Will Jane go back to working for the FBI with her? I don’t know. I suspect he doesn’t either. As for Cho, he will certainly continue to rise. Could the Chelsea Clinton administration see an FBI Director Cho? I don’t see why not.”

The 45-year-old actor was spotted a couple times over the weekend – once grabbing some breakfast with Rebecca on Sunday afternoon and another time showing off his shirtless body at the beach in Australia before flying to the states.

Simon‘s hit series The Mentalist will have its series finale on February 18 and he recently chatted with The Evening Times about life after the show.

“I’m looking forward to enjoying the simple things socially, actually reconnecting with friends and family that I’ve been a little bit out of the loop with for the last seven years,” Simon said. “I’d love to be the assistant coach of my kids’ soccer team, and actually be able to go to practices, or just go camping.”
