Empire actor Terrence Howard and his third wife Mira Pak have split, Us Weekly reports.

The papers say that the 46-year-old actor and his 38-year-old wife had been living separately since August of 2014, Miranda began the divorce proceedings earlier this year while pregnant with the couple’s first child.

The news of the divorce was revealed during a court proceeding for a divorce from Terrence‘s second wife Michelle Ghent. The court case is trying to overturn a 2012 settlement with Michelle after claims that she blackmailed him.

In the clip, we see that Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) is behind bars and the trailer starts with him getting a visit from his ex-wife Cookie (Taraji P. Henson).

We are also given our first look at Marisa Tomei in her guest-starring role as a venture capitalist named Mimi Whiteman.

Make sure to catch the season premiere of Empire on Wednesday, September 23 at 9/8c, only on Fox.

Terrence Howard just shared an adorable pic of his son Qirin Love!

“A mythical 1/2 dragon 1/2 lion who glides above the land so as not to harm even a blade of grass… meet Qirin Love!” the 46-year-old Empire actor captioned the Twitter pic.

Qirin is the first child for Terrence and his wife Miranda, who gave birth to the little one earlier this month.

Terrence is also a father to three other children Heaven, 17, Hunter, 19, and Aubrey, 21, from a previous marriage.

While at the festival, the 46-year-old actor confirmed to Access Hollywood that his wife Miranda gave birth to a baby boy four weeks ago!

The newborn baby is named Qirin Love. “He’s beautiful and strong and a whirlwind and my wife is so happy,” Terrence said. He explained that the name was derived from a mythic Chinese creature that is supposed to appear before a time of prosperity or serenity.

This is the first child for the couple while Terrence has three children from a previous marriage. Congratulations to the happy couple on their baby news!

The Empire co-stars were joined at the event by the show’s co-creator Danny Strong to premiere it for a whole new audience.

Taraji was glammed up the night before while stepping out in New York City to participate in a discussion of her career at the American Black Film Festival at the Hilton Hotel.

It was recently announced that the second season of Empire will be premiering on September 23.

The 44-year-old Empire star was joined by her co-star Terrence Howard, as well as LL Cool J and Mary J. Blige.

Awesome news for fans of Empire – the show has been upped to 18 episodes for the upcoming second season!

The news was announced just ahead of Fox’s Upfronts presentation on Monday (May 11) and it was also revealed that the show will be split into two half-seasons for season two.

Empire‘s first season, starring Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson, consisted of 12 episodes and broke records as it increased in the ratings for every single episode through the finale.
