Todd Herzog Crowned China's Sole Survivor
Todd Herzog, aka Slippery Little Sucker, became the youngest winner in Survivor history yesterday when he won $1 million from the CBS reality hit’s 15th edition.
The 22-year-old flight attendant from Pleasant Grove, Utah, has been a longtime fan of Survivor, and was just 14-years-old when Survivor started to air in 2000.
Herzog‘s scheming paid off, besting his Survivor: China allies Courtney Yates, a 26-year-old waitress from New York, and Amanda Kimmel, a 23-year-old hiking guide and former beauty queen from Los Angeles. He’s the second openly gay champ of the CBS reality TV show.
Viewers gave grave digger James Clement $100,000 for being the fans’ favorite. Producer Mark Burnett gave lunch lady Denise Martin $50,000 for, as Courtney says, “sucking at life.”
Survivor: Micronesia is the upcoming sixteenth season, taking place in the Micronesian archipelago.
Congrats, Todd! 20+ pictures inside of the Survivor:China finale….
