I Just Watched The 'Melrose Place' Pilot...

Pete Wentz and wife Ashlee Simpson take their 7-month-old son, Bronx Mowgli, to a vintage car show at Travis Barker‘s shop ‘Famous Stars and Straps’ in Los Angeles on Saturday (June 20).

Over the weekend, I watched the pilot of CW’s new Melrose Place. In Ashlee‘s opening scene, she screams like a banshee after finding a dead body floating in the pool of her apartment complex. Unfortunately, the rest of her time in the episode is not very memorable.

Producers squeezed in a lot of scenes into the pilot, so things seemed a bit choppy. The most enjoyable character to watch was Michael Rady, who plays cute and quirky aspiring filmmaker Jonah Miller. He makes his living as a videographer of weddings and bar mitzvahs for the rich and famous after moving to Los Angeles with his fiancee Riley Richmond (Jessica Lucas).

Melrose Place will air on Tuesdays @ 9PM ET/PT after 90210. Check out the preview below!
