Keri Russell is Extraordinarily Exquisite

Keri Russell attends the Cinema Society & John and Aileen Crowley screening of Extraordinary Measures at the School of Visual Arts Theater in New York City on Thursday night (January 21).

The 33-year-old actress was joined by her costars Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser. The film, which opens in theaters today, is inspired by the true story of John Crowley, a man who risked his familly’s future to find a cure for his children’s terminal illness.

“It’s such an incredible, everyday hero story,” Keri told CBS News. “For this man to leave everything, his job, which, by the way, was health insurance, which gave these kids medicine and medical treatment, and risk everything to go after the scientist to create – maybe, a drug that might work and in time for the kids – it’s an incredible, incredible story.”
