Stephen Amell‘s hot new show Arrow, based on the “Green Arrow” comic books, debuted to amazing ratings last night for The CW network!

The show brought in a 1.3 rating with adults 18-49 and 4.02 million viewers, making it The CW’s most watched premiere since The Vampire Diaries back in 2009, according to THR. Congrats team Arrow!!!
