Hugh Jackman Mourns Former Motion Picture Academy President Tom Sherak

Hugh Jackman keeps his neck thoroughly covered in a scarf to keep warm on Thursday (January 30) while walking to his gym in New York City.

The 45-year-old entertainer recently posted a message on his Twitter account mourning the death of Tom Sherak, the former Motion Picture Academy president.

“Our industry lost one of its true gentleman today. Tom Sherak will be missed by so many. My love and prayers to his family.” Hugh tweeted. Tom passed away this past Tuesday at his home in Calabasas after a long battle with prostate cancer. He was 68.
