Dr Who's Matt Smith Joins 'Terminator' Trilogy in 'Major Role'!

Matt Smith has just joined the Terminator trilogy in a major role, Deadline reports!

The 31-year-old actor will join the upcoming three movies in a “major role that will grow in the second and third films.” No word yet on what the actual role is, but it appears to be a huge part of the franchise!

Matt joins already cemented cast Emilia Clarke as Sara Connor, Zero Dark Thirty‘s Jason Clarke as John Connor, and Jai Courtney as Kyle Reese.

Terminator 5 will hit theaters in June 2015 – we can’t wait to check it out!
