Kate Upton‘s lawyer is speaking out to confirm that his client’s nude photos are real and that they plan to take action against anyone trying to spread the images.

“This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton‘s privacy,” lawyer Lawrence Shire told BuzzFeed. “We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible.”

Kate is one of many young stars like Jennifer Lawrence and Ariana Grande who have been targeted by a hacker who has obtained alleged private nude photos and is posting them online.
