Jesse Metcalfe Gets Bloody for New Zombie Movie 'Dead Rising'

Jesse Metcalfe looks sexy even when covered in fake blood while getting into character on the first day of filming for his new movie Dead Rising: Watchtower on Tuesday (September 30) in Vancouver, Canada.

It was just announced that the 35-year-old actor would be starring in the the film alongside Meghan Ory, Virginia Madsen, and Dennis Haysbert.

The film is based on the video game of the same name, set “during a zombie apocalypse. When a mandatory government vaccine fails, a group of survivors must evade infection while hunting down the root of the epidemic, which leads back to a government conspiracy,” according to Deadline. The movie will premiere on Crackle and all Crackle platforms.

Virginia was spotted at the airport with her boyfriend Nick Holmes and her adorable dog that day.
