Liam Hemsworth steps out with friends to pick up some items for his New Year’s Eve celebration on Wednesday (December 31) in Byron Bay, Australia.

The 24-year-old actor was seen showing off his muscles in a tank top, but most importantly, he showed off his painted toenails while going barefoot through the parking lot.
