Leonardo DiCaprio Wins Lawsuit Against Magazine Claiming He Was Having Baby with Rihanna

The French magazine Oops! has been ordered to pay Leonardo DiCaprio 8,000 Euros (approximately $8,800) for claiming he was having a baby with Rihanna, Gossip Cop reports.

In the May 13 issue of the magazine, the headline read, “Rihanna Pregnant With Leonardo’s Baby: He Doesn’t Want The Baby.”

Frederic Truskolaski, an owner of Oops admitted to the publication that “we didn’t know” if Rihanna was pregnant. “We thought she might be. We were not sure, of course.”

The court found that Oops violated France’s strict right to privacy act. “We were totally expecting this decision, since in France when any magazine speaks about a celebrity’s private life the magazine is automatically condemned,” Frederic added.
