Shia LaBeouf dines out at Sweet Butter Kitchen with a mystery female on Tuesday (August 11) in Studio City, Calif.

This is the first time we’ve seen the 29-year-old actor out since the video surfaced of him and his girlfriend Mia Goth fighting.

“I don’t wanna touch you. I don’t wanna be aggressive. This is the kind of s**t that makes a person abusive,” Shia can be heard saying in the video. “I would have killed her.”

It is unclear if Mia and Shia split up after this incident occurred.
