Caitlyn Jenner Describes What She Remembers About Her Deadly Car Crash
Caitlyn Jenner steps out to grab a cup of coffee on Tuesday (September 8) in Malibu, Calif.
That same day, Kourtney Kardashian was seen out and about at a production office in Van Nuys.
A recent interview with Caitlyn aired on the Today show where she opens up about the deadly car crash she was involved in that killed one person. Caitlyn could be charged with manslaughter in the incident.
“I remember it happening [but] that’s about it. A tragedy like this, you’ll never get over it. You just learn to live with it the best you possibly can,” Caitlyn said.
“I was under the speed limit. I was going 46 in a 50. My airbag didn’t even go off. All I probably needed was half a second of time. I almost stopped, but couldn’t quite get it stopped. I was pulling a trailer, so, no, I don’t think it was speed or anything like that,” she added about the accident, which occurred earlier this year on the Pacific Coast Highway.
“The men’s county jail. It is an enormous problem that they would put trans women in a men’s county jail,” she said about the possibility of being put in prison. “That is the worst-case scenario.”
