Justin Bieber takes the stage at the Today show to debut his new platinum blonde hair on Thursday (September 10) in New York City.

The 21-year-old entertainer sang five of his hits for the crowd, and despite the pouring rain, gave an amazing show!

Justin performed “What Do You Mean?,” “Where Are U Now,” “Boyfriend,” and was set to do “Baby,” and “As Long As You Love Me.”
