Porsche Fires Back at Paul Walker's Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Porsche is firing back at the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Paul Walker‘s daughter Meadow after her father’s tragic death.

The car company is saying that Paul‘s death was his own fault and that he was “a knowledgeable and sophisticated user of the 2005 Carrera GT.” According to TMZ.

Porsche is also replying to the allegations that the car was defective. “The subject 2005 Carrera GT was abused and altered,” Porsche reportedly says in the suit, adding that the car was “misused and improperly maintained.”

The filing deduces that Paul was partly to blame for his death. Paul died almost two years ago at age 40 in a fiery car crash in Southern California.
