Zayn Malik Cancels First Solo TV Appearance

Zayn Malik has canceled his appearance on the BBC’s Graham Norton Show due to “scheduling conflicts.”

The 23-year-old singer was set to appear on Friday’s episode (January 29), to promote his first solo single “Pillowtalk,” dropping the same day.

A rep said in an official statement, “Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts with recording commitments, Zayn‘s appearance on Graham Norton has been postponed. Zayn has confirmed that he would love to appear on the show at a later date.”

The appearance would have been Zayn’s first solo TV interview after leaving One Direction.
