Rihanna makes a fashion statement in her green tutu dress while going to a recording studio on Thursday afternoon (May 26) in New York City.

The 28-year-old singer completed her look with a pair of rainbow pom pom shoes. The look is getting comparisons to the Peter Pan character Tinker Bell!
