Matthew McConaughey Reflects on Rio Olympics 2016!

Matthew McConaughey braves the extreme heat in New York City on Tuesday (August 16).

The 46-year-old actor recently arrived back in the States after attending the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics.

“I was there for one week and it feels like I saw enough to be there for a month,” Matthew told ET. “My wife and I jammed in as much as we could. From the beach, Copa Cabana, back to the Olympic Village and back again 10 times.”

“I was in the American cheering section with all the other American swimmers, so when a Brazilian was in the race, she [wife Camila Alves] made sure to get out of that section to go hang out with the Brazilians,” Matthew added.
