Beyonce Chats Up Bill Clinton at Made in America Festival 2016

Beyonce is all smiles while watching different stars perform at the 2016 Made in America Festival held at Benjamin Franklin Parkway on Sunday (September 4) in Philadelphia, Penn.

The 35-year-old Lemonade entertainer was seen chatting up Bill Clinton, who also happened to be in the VIP tent that day.
