Tobey Maguire Buys $13 Million Brentwood Home With Infinity Pool! (Report)

It’s safe to say single life isn’t treating Tobey Maguire too badly!

Last month, the 41-year-old Spider-Man actor split from his jewelry designer ex-wife Jennifer Meyer after nine years of marriage.

Since then, he has been spotted partying with pal Leonardo DiCaprio at Kate Hudson‘s Halloween party – and now he has reportedly purchased a new property!

After listing his and Jennifer‘s Santa Monica, Calif., home a few weeks ago, Tobey snagged a new construction home for $12.995 million in Brentood, according to Forbes.

The new pad sits on a 16,530-square-foot lot and features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a wine cellar, home theater, gym, library, barbecue area, and infinity pool!
