Courteney Cox is all smiles as she makes her way out of the Catch LA restaurant on Tuesday night (December 6) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 52-year-old actress went casual in a suede brown coat and sweater as she was joined for dinner by pal and jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer.
