Victoria Beckham makes a major fashion statement as she steps out in an oversized turtleneck on Wednesday afternoon (December 7) in New York City.

The 42-year-old fashion designer paired her turtleneck with a pair of plaid trousers and white heels as she made her way to a business meeting.
