Office Christmas Party's T.J. Miller Arrested After Uber Ride

T.J. Miller, one of the stars of this weekend’s new movie Office Christmas Party, was arrested on Thursday night (December 8) after a fight with his Uber driver.

The 35-year-old actor and his wife Kate Gorney attended the 2016 GQ Men of the Year party that evening and were on their way home from the event.

The driver alleges that T.J. slapped him in the head when they arrived at his house and the driver placed him under citizen’s arrest until the cops showed up, according to TMZ.

There were no visible injuries on the driver and T.J. was released without having to post bail.

T.J. is scheduled to host the 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards this weekend.
