Dakota Johnson Says It's 'Impossible' To Promote 'Fifty Shades' Without Being Taken Out Of Context

Dakota Johnson is currently on a busy Fifty Shades Darker promotional schedule, and she’s having a hard time talking about the flick without turning everything into something sexual.

“It’s a disaster,” the 27-year-old actress joked while making an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Wednesday (February 1) in New York City. “It is truly categorically impossible for me to get it right and not be wildly taken out of context.”

“The other day someone asked me what my favorite sex toy was, which is like inappropriate,” Dakota added. “I said, ‘I don’t have one and let’s move on,” but then the headline was like ‘she doesn’t have just one favorite sex toy.” So I can’t win.”
