Ben Affleck & Jennifer Garner File for Divorce Years After Split

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have officially filed for divorce, years after they publicly announced their separation.

The former couple’s divorce is very amicable and it appears that they coordinated it all together.

Jennifer‘s petition for divorce and Ben‘s response were filed together and the details in them mirror each other, according to TMZ.

Ben and Jen both requested joint legal and physical custody of their three children – Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5. There was no prenup so they will split their earnings throughout their marriage 50/50 unless they decide otherwise. They did not disclose details for spousal support, so the judge could award before the divorce is finalized.

A financial settlement is reportedly still being negotiated.
