Elizabeth Chambers Suing Woman Who Impersonated Her to Score Oscar Party Invite

Elizabeth Chambers is suing a woman who pretended to be her to get into an Oscars after party!

According to TMZ, a woman used an email address making it appear she was Elizabeth RSVPing for this year’s Vanity Fair Oscars party.

In the email, the woman asked if it was possible for Elizabeth and her husband Armie Hammer to get a plus one to the party.

A rep at Vanity Fair reportedly became suspicious of the situation when the impersonator mentioned that the plus one would be arriving separately from the couple and wanted the invitation sent directly to her.

Elizabeth is said to be suing the woman for damages for “misappropriation of name” and wants an injunction against her, prohibiting her from using her name.
