Danica Patrick Reveals How She Met Boyfriend Aaron Rodgers

Danica Patrick stops by The Jenny McCarthy Show at SiriusXM for an interview on Tuesday (May 22) in New York City.

The 36-year-old race car driver opened up about how she met her boyfriend Aaron Rodgers.

“We met at the ESPYs back in 2012. We both remember. We remember meeting each other, it was quick,” Danica said about first meeting her man. “I got his email address, and I remember thinking to myself back then, like, ‘Oh, on the down low. Not a phone number, just an email address. Which is whatever.’”

Danica says that she and Aaron kept in touch, on and off, throughout the years.

“It wasn’t until, obviously, recently that we actually had phone numbers,” Danica added. “We referred to each other as Chicago and Green Bay. It was very cute… It’s like the Capulets and the Montagues,” she added, referring to the feuding families in Romeo & Juliet.
