The 21-year-old The Greatest Showman actress and her assistant Darnell Appling were spotted out and about on Friday (June 15) in Studio City, Calif.

Zendaya went fresh-faced, sporting a black sweatshirt, matching sweatpants, black Vans socks, green and white slides, an assortment of jewelry, and her glasses, tying her hair in an updo.

The two looked to be deep in conversation as they strolled.

“To the best big brother/grandmother/assistant/only person in the universe who can genuinely deal with me 24/7…happy birthday!!” Zendaya shared on Instagram last week along with a super cute photo of the duo. “See you in two seconds😂 (all these Geminis in my life!!!)”
