Harvey Weinstein Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Minor

The legal troubles continue for Harvey Weinstein.

The film producer is facing yet another accusation of sexual assault in an update to a class action complaint filed Wednesday (October 16) in New York, according to Variety.

The woman, who is remaining anonymous as Jane Doe, claims the attacks began when she was 16 years old as an inspiring model.

She claims she was repeatedly attacked from 2002 to 2011, and the allegations of his behavior include “intimidation, unwanted touching and pressure to perform sexual favors in exchange for business opportunities in Hollywood.”

“This claim is preposterous. Like so many other women in this case who have already been exposed as liars, this latest completely uncorroborated allegation that is almost 20 years old will also be shown to be patently false,” said Ben Brafman, Harvey‘s criminal defense attorney.

Harvey has already been arraigned on sexual crime charges in a New York court, and misconduct investigations continue in Los Angeles and London.
