Eighth Grade's Elsie Fisher Kicks Off Awards Season at AFI Awards Luncheon!

Elsie Fisher brightens up the carpet in yellow at the 2019 AFI Awards Luncheon on Friday afternoon (January 4) at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 15-year-old actress was joined at the event by her Eighth Grade writer and director Bo Burnham, as well as young co-star Jake Ryan.

Eighth Grade is one of the 10 film being honored as AFI’s Movies of the Year.

Elsie is nominated for a Golden Globe for her work in the film and you can expect to see her around throughout awards season!
