Scott Disick's Photo Slammed as Racist By Some Instagram Users

One of Scott Disick‘s latest Instagram photos is causing some controversy.

The 35-year-old reality star posted a photo with his six-year-old daughter Penelope, who was seen pulling her eyes upwards while eating at a restaurant. The photograph also featured Scott holding chopsticks.

Some users claimed Penelope‘s pose is racist, with comments pouring in like, “teach her not to do the Chinese eye thing at a sushi restaurant. Don’t teach her to be a racist. Cause that’s what’s gonna happen,” and, “Why the F is his daughter doing that? Eating Asian food and being racist???”

Some, however, are simply not seeing it.

“Why are people calling a 6 year old racist she had no clue what racist means she’s only 6 even though she made that face doesn’t mean she was being racist it was probably just an accident,” one user wrote, while another added, “I’m Asian and this doesn’t offend me at all!! You are assuming she’s making a racist gesture…how do you know she’s not tired and trying to open her eyes..or just being silly.”
