Jessica Chastain Teases 'It: Chapter Two' Will Be One of the Bloodiest Horror Films of All Time

Jessica Chastain stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night (February 27) and spilled the beans on her anticipated film, It: Chapter Two!

“I’m gonna say something and I think I’m gonna be in trouble but I’m gonna do it,” the Oscar-nominated actress expressed. “It might be a spoiler, but in the movie there’s a scene that someone said on set that it’s the most blood that’s ever been in a horror film in a scene.”

“The next day I was pulling [fake] blood out of my eyeballs,” Jessica added.

It: Chapter Two adapts the second half of Stephen King‘s It novel, picking up years after the events of the first film when the kids in The Losers’ Club return to their hometown as adults to finish off Pennywise. Jessica is set to play the adult version of Beverly Marsh, portrayed by Sophia Lillis in 2017′s It.
