Warrant Issued for Offset's Arrest for Felony Crime (Report)

An arrest warrant was reportedly issued for Offset‘s arrest after an incident allegedly took place last week at a Target in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

A fan supposedly spotted Offset shopping at the store last week and began videoing him and said “What up, Offset?” Offset then reportedly smacked the phone out of his hand, causing the phone to land on the ground and shatter the screen.

The man filed a police report and, because the phone costs $800, the crime is considered a felony. See the video of the alleged incident over at TMZ.
