'Scream' Television Reboot Gets First Trailer - Watch Now!

Scream‘s third season is finally hitting the small screen!

After over three years, the six-episode season is set to premiere on VH1 next month.

Scream: Resurrection will be shown over the course of three nights, with two hours airing each night.

The show will follow a star football player whose tragic past comes back to haunt him and threatens his plans for the future.

The show is set to star RJ Cyler as well as Mary J. Blige, Keke Palmer, Tyler Posey and Tyga.

The new season will use the actual Ghostface mask, which was previously unable to be used in the first two seasons airing on MTV.

Scream: Resurrection debuts on July 8th at 9 PM.
