Sarah Hyland & Jordan McGraw Perform 'Met At a Party' at Teen Choice Awards 2019!

Sarah Hyland and Jordan McGraw hit the stage together at the 2019 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday (August 11) in Hermosa Beach, Calif.

The 28-year-old Modern Family star and 33-year-old singer gave a debut performance of their new song “Met At a Party” at the show.
