Prince Harry Recalls the 'Worst Speech' He's Ever Given
Prince Harry is reminiscing on five years of his Invictus Games!
In a video posted to the official Sussex Royal Instagram, the 34-year-old Duke of Sussex opened up about how nervous and anxious he was when hosting the first Paralympics-style event back in 2014.

“On the night, we had the lecture or podium right in front of all the competitors so I could just see all their faces, and they started chanting,” Harry recalled. “I was so nervous. I was shaking.”
Harry continued: “I knew I had a certain window to be able to get my words out, and we were also running behind. So I rushed it. It was probably one of the worst speeches I’ve ever given.”
